Lemon and Raspberry Cake

Decadent vegan vanilla and lemon cake with chunks of raspberries throughout the cake. This cake is paired with our luscious and tangy lemon curd between each layer and frosted with a raspberry buttercream. It is then topped off with more lemon curd, dollops of raspberry buttercream, freeze dried lemon slices, lemon juice crumbs, raspberry powder and fresh flowers (colour and type depending on availability). This cake has the perfect pairing of sweet, zesty and fruity!
