1. How long in advance should i place an order?

For our shop online options, we require a minimum of 3 days. For our custom baked goods, we require a minimum of 2 weeks depending on the complexity of the order. Wedding cakes and desserts required for events require a minimum of 3 weeks. This also depends on our availability. There are some times during the year that we get fully booked out.

 2. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

If you are purchasing from our online shop, as soon as you have made a payment, it is confirmed and an email will be sent to you with this confirmation. For the custom orders and for our event desserts, once a deposit is made after we have reviewed your inquiry and made a confirmation, an email will be sent to you with this confirmation.

5. Can I change my order after I have paid for it?

Changing of an order depends on the dessert you have ordered. To check if you can change your order, do contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

6. Do you offer delivery, or pickup?

We only offer pickup from one of our Takapuna location. If you do require pickup from our Hobsonville location, please get in touch with us. 

7. How should I store my order? And how long can it last?

In the fridge, our baked goods can last up to 5 days. Your order can be taken out of the fridge 1 to 2 hours before serving, in order for the cake to come to room temperature. If it is not being refrigerated it has to be stored in a cool place, out of direct sunlight and you should not leave the cake out at room temperature for more than 4 hours. 

8. How do I go about placing an order for a custom baked good?

You can fill in the inquiry form on our Customise Your Order page, with pictures attached and we will contact you as soon as we can. We will not be able to replicate the cake you would like if it is another bakers design, but we will bring our own unique touch to the cake.

9. Do your products contain allergens?

Many of our products contains or may contain different types of allergens. If there is a product you would like to enquire about, do reach out to us to find out what allergens are present in the product.

10. What are the prices of your cakes and desserts?

For our Online Shop selections, the prices are provided on our page. For our customised baked goods, the prices vary. Once a design is finalised, we can provide you with a quote.

11. Why can't I pick the date I want for an order on your online shop?

If you cannot pick the date you want, it is because we have been booked out on that day and this happens especially during our busy periods. In order to avoid this problem, it is best to order as soon as possible.
