For pickup, orders can be picked up from:

If your order is a tiered cake or a fragile cake, it would be best if there is an additional person who can help you hold the cake in order to ensure it is secure. We do all we can to ensure that the cake is as sturdy as it can be with support, and once it does leave our premises, we are no longer responsible for any damage that does happen to the cake. Once collected, it is important to get it into a refrigerator as soon as possible as vegan buttercream does melt faster, especially in the warmer months.
Delivery
Local Delivery
If you do choose the local delivery option, you are accepting our terms and conditions:
- When an order which is in perfect condition and secure packaging leaves our premises, we are not held liable for any damage caused to you order.Â
- The drivers put in charge of delivering your order do their best, however at times, mistakes happen. In saying this, when you do choose the delivery option, it is being done at your own risk.
- Your order will be delivered between a 1 to 1.5 hour window. Your order cannot be delivered to you at an exact time due to uncontrollable factors such as traffic, however we will work with the courier company to try our best in getting your order to you in the allocated time slot.Â
- Delivery can be done on all days except for Monday from 10am to 2pm.
- Our delivery fees range from $16 to $50.
- We are not able to provide deliveries to Rural Areas. Do contact us if your area is not being offered delivery to and we can try to work around it.
