Decadent vegan vanilla and lemon cake paired with our luscious and tangy lemon curd between each layer and frosted with a raspberry buttercream. It is then topped off with more lemon curd, dollops of raspberry buttercream, freeze dried lemon slices, raspberry powder and fresh flowers (colour and type depending on availability). This cake has the perfect pairing of sweet, zesty and fruity!
